En servicevagt er flere ting.

Det kan være en centervagt som bidrager til ro og tryghed i indkøbscentre og andre butiksmiljøer eller på messer eller være en receptionistvagt, portvagt eller lign.

Servicevagten er en naturlig del af de nødvendige sikkerhedsforanstaltninger.

Servicevagten foretager ofte flere funktioner for at minimere de samlede risikoomkostninger, f.eks. adgangskontrol, kontrol af kassebon kontra varer, kunde- og personalekontrol, opretholdelse af ro og orden samt hjælper kunder med at finde rundt.

Portvagten sørger for alt ind og udgående trafik foregår efter kundens foreskrifter. Ønskes der periodisk ekstra kontrol kan dette foregår i tæt samarbejde med kunden.

Portvagten kan også fungere som receptionsvagt og være behjælpelig med vejledning til besøgende samt leverandører.

CK Security’s receptionsvagt udfører de samme opgaver som en Receptionist. Vi afløser deres receptionist når der er brug for det. Det kan bl.a. være ved sygdom ferie eller andet. Vores receptionister varetager kontrol af hvem der ankommer og forlader virksomheden. De foretager samtidig også almindelige opgaver som omstilling af telefon, udstede gæstekort, lave fotokopier og sortere posten osv.

Fordelen ved en Receptionist fra et sikkerhedsfirma er, at vagten er uddannet i at være opmærksom på uvedkommende som prøver at trænge forbi receptionisten, for at komme ind på virksomheden, for evt. at hente oplysninger eller begå tyveri. Her vil vores vagt være i stand til at undersøge om vedkommende har adgang.
